Splashpark

What is there to do when it's 90 some odd degrees out by 9:00 AM in Florida....go to the splashpark! This was Bailey's first visit to the Dunedin splashpark...and she had a blast! I have a feeling we will be here a lot this summer!

Father's Day

Brad had a good Father's Day...we had just gotten back from Key West and spent the day in Land O' Lakes with family. I did my best to get a good picture of Bailey and Brad.

The Wild Child

I'm sensing the terrible two's coming early....Bailey has now figured out how to climb up on tables, get into all the drawers and generally make any room look like a tornado hit it after she has been in it...good thing she is cute!

Mother's Day

I had a good Mother's Day, unfortunately Brad had duty so he wasn't able to join us for the family festivities but he did take me out to dinner the night before and he got me a beautiful necklace and a very funny card that he thought was the greatest card ever invented! Of course, Bailey would not cooperate with taking any pictures with me....but I was able to get a few good ones of just her and some with daddy later in the week.

I love to sleep!

A Few new pictures

Bailey continues to make taking pictures difficult by making crazy faces, but I got a few decent ones! Of course, notice there is food involved in both ones!

Spring is here

Sorry it has been so long since I posted. We have had a busy few months. We moved into a new apartment and a long the way I slacked on the pictures. It doesn't help that Bailey is in a state of constant motion and it's hard to get a good picture of her b/c she refuses to sit still! We have had some great weather lately so I was finally able to get some good pictures of her at the park. She's is becoming quite the independent young toddler. As I said before she is chasing the cats everywhere, babbling more (although still no mama) and she cut a molar...which was a nightmare for her and me! Enjoy the photos!

Bailey's Birthday!

A year has gone by, I can't believe it! Our little girl is 1 and she is becoming quite the character. She had a bout of RSV after Christmas and had to go on albuterol treatments. Well the steriods turned her into quite the eater. Before she got the RSV she wouldn't eat anything. Now, she's finishing 4 ozs. of solid foods easily plus some other stuff...it's insane. She also decided to start walking. She's still a little tentative but I have a feeling in a week the cats will be getting no peace! We had her birthday party at the Safety Harbor City Park with friends and family. It was a beautiful day, sunny and in the high 60's. Bailey had a great time swinging on the swing, trying to eat leaves and dirt and helping the other kids play with her presents. She really didn't know what to make of her cake. Daddy had to get her to stick her hands in it and when we gave her some frosting she almost gagged it up....she definately doesn't get that from me...I love my sweets!

Christmas

We had a good Christmas. On Christmas eve we went to my mom's for some Chinese food...Bailey let us stay until 7:00 PM and then she turned into a pumpkin and we had to go home. On Christmas morning, my mom came over to our place and we opened presents. Bailey was more interested in the boxes then the toys...go figure!! Finally, that afternoon we went to my Aunt and Uncle's in Land 'O Lakes. Bailey had fun playing with her cousin Maddie and Maddie's new bike. I even caught them sharing a bottle...they were too funny! All is all a good Christmas.
